Asus Padfone S will be coming to Malaysia this mid October 2014 and the price is at RM899. Featuring Qualcomm Snapdragon 801 MSM8974AB 2.3GHz Quad Core, this will be the cheapest smartphone that includes the chip. Also important is the inclusion of the 2GB of RAM which is the minimum that any Android phone should have.
